In an era marked by swift advancements in information technology, new media has emerged as a pivotal conduit for disseminating information and news within higher education institutions. This paper delves into the organizational aspects of new media in the context of colleges and universities, employing organizational theory as a foundational lens. It proposes a comprehensive framework for the organizational structure of new media in these institutions, and initiates the development of an operational mechanism model. This approach aims to bring standardization to campus new media, ensuring its growth is both purposeful and aligned with its intended positive roles.

Modern approaches to integrating ideological and political education in Chinese schools

The process of effectively combining ideological and political education across universities, primary, and secondary schools is a key component of China’s educational strategy. Despite its importance, this integration faces several challenges: the need for more comprehensive strategic planning, limitations in conceptual development, redundancy in educational content, and a lack of cohesive interaction among different educational levels. To overcome these obstacles, it is vital to reinforce strategic planning at a higher level for the amalgamation of ideological and political education. Enhancing the organizational and management frameworks, developing an inclusive textbook system, and instituting a unified operational mechanism for ideological and political education across all levels of Chinese educational institutions are imperative. Implementing these strategies will facilitate a more effective and cohesive integration of ideological and political education, ensuring its successful execution in the contemporary landscape.
